EMBASSY SUITES

The construction of the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center was the first ‘Design Option 3’ for the Embassy Brand. It is a full suites hotel and includes a bar, restaurant, and conference space. This was a complete design/build project, including completed construction and FFE (furniture, fixtures, & equipment).

We completed this project under budget by 3% and opened on time, with construction taking twelve months. This project includes a custom design from Kaizen that Hilton approved, including a complete new design submittal partially through construction in order to maintain the most recent hotel concept.

Ground up construction of this Country Inn & Suites included 151 guest rooms, outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and three meeting rooms.
